Most of the risk in commissioning a site is not knowing what happens after you pay. This is the whole thing.

    Call

    What the site has to do, who it is for, and what happens if it works. If I am not the right person for it, I will say so on this call.

    Direction

    Two directions, built as real pages in the browser rather than static mockups. You pick one. Mood boards only if they earn their place.

    Build

    Design and code in the same repository, with a staging link from day one. You watch it happen instead of waiting for a reveal.

    Launch and care
