These Terms govern your use of Achievoly (the "Service"), operated by Vishal Mahey ("Achievoly", "we", "us") from Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Achievoly provides personalized fitness and nutrition programming ("Plans") built from the information you submit, delivered digitally, together with optional coaching features (check-ins, messaging, progress tracking).
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are physically able to undertake an exercise program (see the Health Disclaimer below).
You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
All Plans, content, branding, and site materials are the property of Achievoly. Your Plan is licensed to you for personal use only — you may not resell, redistribute, or republish it.
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, no harassment of the coach or other users, no scraping or reverse engineering.
You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Achievoly's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change and continued use after changes means acceptance.
Achievoly is not a medical service. Plans are general fitness and nutrition programming built from your self-reported information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and your coach is not a physician, dietitian, or licensed healthcare provider.
By using the Service you accept this disclaimer and release Achievoly from claims arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We follow Canada's PIPEDA principles and apply GDPR-aligned practices for visitors from the UK/EU.
To build and deliver your Plan, run coaching features (check-ins, chat, weekly unlocks), process payments, send service emails (welcome, plan delivery, reminders), and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Trusted processors only, under their own security terms: Supabase (database, auth, file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Netlify (hosting), Anthropic (plan generation — your intake answers are processed to produce your program).
Privacy questions or requests: contact the coach through your dashboard chat or the email on your receipts.
Plans are custom-built for your body from your answers and delivered digitally. Once your first week has been generated and delivered, the work has been performed — delivered plans are non-refundable. If you paid but received nothing within 24 hours, contact us: we will deliver immediately or refund in full.
Charged once at checkout. If you need to pause for a medical reason (doctor's note), we'll pause your term rather than forfeit it — talk to your coach.
If a delivery failed, a charge looks wrong, or you believe an exception applies, message the coach first — real human, fast answers. Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable rights under Ontario consumer protection law or your local consumer law.
